Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Patient Keeper and Watcher, Mender at the Wheel, thank You for all you are doing for me. Forgive the short prayer today. I am feeling a little lost, and like I am clutching at straws. I feel cut off and isolated, all of a sudden, and like I am bad at everything and wrong about everything. It is a feeling that will pass. Nevertheless, I am human, so it eats at me. Please continue to fix my legs and soothe my pelvic floor. I cannot properly express what a relief Your help has been and how grateful I am to You. Thank you, Thjodhvara.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Soother of Muscle, Weaver of Sinew, thank You for everything You are doing for me. I know I say this every day now, but I truly mean it. I want You to know how grateful I am for Your aid. I come here today to ask that You please keep healing me — that You please keep fixing my legs, and soothing my pelvic floor to quietness. I also ask that You please tell me if there is anything more I can do to show You my gratitude. Thank You, Thjodhvara.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, I come to You today to ask You to keep blessing me with Your healing grace. You have been working long and hard on my physical issues, and I remain eternally grateful. I have been regularly donating to a specific charity in Your name and coming here daily to show You my thanks, but I would like to be able to do more for You. Please, Thjodhvara, Great Goddess of Mending, please tell me what else I can do for You to show my gratitude. I would not be here without You.
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Strength-Bringer, Folk-Guardian, Mender, Weaver, thank You for everything You are doing for me. I cannot recall any pain or tightness yesterday, so if it was present, it was so transient that it did not even matter on the whole. Great Goddess of Muscle and Sinew, I ask that You please keep healing me. Keep knitting my legs back together and soothe my pelvic floor. Thank You for everything you have done and are doing for me. I will continue to be grateful every day for mobility and movement and no pain. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Mender, Weaver, Stitcher, please continue to heal me. I am astounded that my body has made so much progress under Your care. I suppose this shouldn't surprise me — You are a healing goddess, after all, and this is Your specialty area — but I remember when I felt like I had no hope. So, thank You, Thjodhvara, for continuing to heal my legs and calm my pelvic floor. A life without this kind of pain means that it is a fuller life for me once again. I owe that to You and all the ways You have helped me. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Mender, Healer, Weaver of Torn Sinew and Muscle, thank You for all you are doing and have done for me. I am grateful beyond measure. I come to You today to ask that you please keep helping me, keep fixing me, keeping soothing and quelling the parts that would rebel and cause me pain. I have never before been properly grateful for mobility. This entire experience has forced me to think and re-evaluate what it means to be mobile and how to give thanks to my body when it is. You are teaching me to treat myself properly and with care, and that means everything. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Mender, Weaver, Lady Who Sews Sinews and Muscle, I come to You today as I have for many days to ask that You please continue to heal me. I am astounded at the progress I am making because of You and the ways I can move now. A few months ago, I never would have thought this possible. I noticed last night that I was able to function without my supportive device. I would not have been able to do that even a few weeks ago. Thank You, Lady, for hearing me and tending to me with gentle patience. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Mender, Weaver, Patient Healer, please continue to heal my legs and soothe my pelvic floor. Every day, I am getting better, and it is because of you. I was able to make things stay the way they were through careful non-aggravation and physical therapy, but praying to You in addition to physical therapy is what is working. I now have more pain-free days than pain-full days, and it is because of You. I am so, so grateful to You, Lady. Thank You. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, Mending One, please hear me today, as You have all these other days. Please, Weaver, keep spinning me whole again at Your wheel, knitting together those threads of mine that have broken and crippled me. Please make it so that one day, I might walk and run and dance without care or fear or stopping. Great Healer of Muscles and Sinew, I hail You! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!
