Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Mender, Weaver, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, thank You for everything You have been doing for me. Yesterday was a rare day of absolutely no pain, except for some brief tightness in the morning. This is thanks to You. Please, Goddess, keep healing me. Please keep healing my legs so that they are no longer tight and painful after use, and keep quieting my pelvic floor. This I ask of You, as I do every day now. Thank You for listening, Goddess, and Hail!
Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Keeper, Weaver, thank You so much for yesterday. Even though the work was hard on my body, I was not in pain. I only had a little discomfort very late at night, and I think that was more to do with the fact that I could not sleep. Thank You for all You are doing for me. Please, Thjodhvara, keep healing me. Keep mending my legs and soothing my pelvic floor. None of Your hard work goes unnoticed. Thank You.

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper of the Bower Atop the Temple, today is a bad day, body-wise. I know that not every day can see progress, and the bad days remind me not to take the good ones for granted. If You would, Goddess, please take extra care today to soothe my pelvic floor, which is the main issue, as You patiently continued to stitch up the muscles and tendons in my legs. Thank You.
