Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keep of the Bower Atop the Temple, Goddess Who Mends Those Who are Broken, please continue to work Your skills on me. I am so grateful for everything you have already done, and I treasure each step I can take without pain. I did not know how much I missed it until it was gone. Such is the way of all humans. But the slow healing under Your care has shown me the importance of celebrating the good days and patiently making it through the bad. Thank You, Goddess, for slowly, but surely, making the good days outweigh the bad ones. Thank You. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, Mender, Soother of Broken Muscle Tissue, please continue to heal my legs. I can tell things are getting better with them, and I deeply appreciate everything You are doing. I wish I could properly express my gratitude here. I am, as I am sure You know, so much more mobile than before. I barely even think about my legs anymore, a far cry from where I was. The same is almost true of my pelvic floor, which somehow seems to be getting better ever since I started to ask You to help me with it. So, thank You, Thjodhvara. Thank You. Please keep healing me, and I will, as promised, keep coming to You every day to light a candle. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Mender, Folk-Guardian and Healer, thank You. Thank You for keeping me pain-free yesterday. I ask that you continue this into today, for I need to be mobile once again. Please keep healing me, too — my legs and my pelvic floor — until one day, they no longer pain me, no matter what. Thank You, Thjodhvara, and hail! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Mender, as You know, today is a big day for me. Please let my legs hold true and my pelvic floor stay quiet. Please keep me pain-free today, Goddess of Mending That Which Has Been Physically Torn. Please keep sewing me up in the background. Please do not let me take one step forward only to take three steps back. Today will be a major physical test for me. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Mender, Soother, please hear me. I know that is a silly request, because I know You do. I thank You for Your ongoing aid and care. My body is not an easy road, and the time and energy You have put into making it a smoother ride has not gone unnoticed. I am deeply grateful to You, and hope I can pay it forward in this realm. Thank You, Thjodhvara. Please continue to help me, as You have been. I will keep coming to You, as promised. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Healer, sometimes it feels like I take two steps forward only to take one step back — and yet, with You, I know that it is perhaps just a quarter of a step back. Even when my pain crops up again, or my legs tighten and ache, it is not as bad as it used to be, not nearly. So thank You, patient mender. Thank You, gentle soother. Thank You for continuing to mend me, patiently, quietly, out of sight, but never out of feeling or mind. Please continue to help me, Thjodhvara. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian, Keeper, Healer, Weaver, Mender, Soother — thank You. I can feel my legs and my pelvic floor slowly getting better. I am not in near as much pain as I used to be, and I know that is because of You. Thjodhvara, thank You. Please continue to heal me and bless me with your powers of health and nurturing, guardianship and care. Please, Thjodhvara, let me run. Let me dance. I will dance in Your name. Hail, Thjodhvara! Thjodhvara, Folk-Guardian and Keeper, please hear me. Thank You for the work You have done on my legs and my pelvic floor. Thank You for mending and soothing these unruly pieces that would otherwise bed-bind me. Please, Thjodhvara, please continue to fix them, to soothe them, to hush them as You would a mewling child. This pain has no place in me and my body, and my life will be longer than this pain. Please, Goddess, and thank You. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!

Thjodhvara, Soother, Mender, Healer of Torn Muscle, please hear me. Please stop my legs from hurting and tightening. Please heal whatever happened to them. Please stop my pelvic muscle from spasming and hurting me. I thank You for the tools and people you have introduced into my life that have all helped me to overcome the most serious and debilitating parts of the pain associated with each of these things. I still pray that You will heal me of these things. Please, Thjodhvara, heal me. Stop the pain. Sew these things back up, and apply soothing balm. Quiet the spasms. Still my difficult muscles. Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara! Hail, Thjodhvara!
