Lungs of the World - Great Tree binding the Nine Worlds.
Lungs of my body - binding me to the Eihwaz within.
Odin's gift to Midgard's Clans - flows freely through me.
Clearing Cell and Soul, Mind and Memory of debris.
That which does not serve a purpose is set free.

What remains is quickened - Animation fed by Life Breath.
Hlifthrasa marks the channels and smooths the way
That inspiration may flow without delay.

Unemployment's fetters bind me not!
As Hlifthrasa binds me to Eihwaz, bottom and top and in-between
Giving proof to what Human Life Well Lived means.
