Lovely Frigg, please help me with my intrusive thoughts. I do pray to you often and am beyond thankful for the protection and love you shine on me. I will continue to honor you, and wear my necklace when it comes in the mail. These intrusive thoughts have been plaguing me especially when i am falling asleep. As it’s about of my OCD. Lately it’s the fear of contacting spirits while i’m half asleep. These thoughts jolt me awake and withhold me from having a nice sleep.
