Frigga, please help me to strengthen and care for my home. Hail Frigga! Who fortifies Asgard with Your blessings, who keeps the home of the Gods pure and warded. Who knows and keeps wise counsel. All Mother I pray, guide me as I work to make our home steady, deliberate and worthy of honoring the Gods. Help me to know You in the small moments when I clean, when I cook, when I honor the home I have to make it worthy of Your blessings. Help me to be a better man to my community, to my fiancé, to my people. Thank You, Who champions the hearth and guards the place of our people. Help me to strengthen myself to be better with money, to be vigorous in caring for my family and having the foresight to know when to act and when to wait so I can get our lives back in order.

For this, I will honor You once a week with a prayer and a glass of water while I clean. I will keep my home in Your name and will meditate for Your guidance and to commune with You while I pray.
