Baldur, please help me to truly overcome fear, which is the one true foe, that I may help others do the same, in order to work towards a kinder, more understanding world!

For this, I will make an idol in your gloriously bright image, doing my best to make the idol itself shine, either through reflection, a candle/flame, or even some electrical lighting. I will also help to spread the light, myself: I will seek out the darkness in the lives of those around me, and I will bring light to it. I live quite close to a funeral home, so one thing I can do, is wait until I see people coming out the door, and try to find things I can do to help the bereaved. As a metalworker, I can make them something to honor their dearly departed- for free, of course. As an empath: I can be there to listen, so they may talk freely of their problems, while I ensure a judgement-free ear, and a mouth that opens only to sympathize, or offer help. As a man who enjoys Bragi's gift of words, I can tell them things to ease their suffering, such as that their loved one, wherever they may be, is making that place a better place just by being there, that this is a time to celebrate both the life of the departed, as well as the lives of those still with us, that the fact that they are sad proves that the departed made a positive, lasting impact, and that, through this impact, they will live on, and that it is now their turn to bring smiles to the faces of their loved ones, as well as strangers, so they may carry on the legacy.
I will also continue to bring smiles to those whose paths I cross. Online, I will seek out things dear to a person's heart, and shower them with sincere compliments, so they may feel even happier. Offline, I will clean up litter when I can, I will give people kind greetings, and treat them in such a way that they feel like they will have a positive day, and this feeling will make itself true. I will give out compliments freely but sincerely, and much more. And to all of my brothers and sisters posting on here: may this candle brighten your lives, as well!

Baldr, please help bring light to the recent tragedy in Orlando, FL. Bring comfort to those affected, and send your son, Forseti to bring Justice to those wronged.
