So, Tyr, this is what I'm doing now with the Eight Treasures part of my QiGong practice. I have added a meditation for you during each of the eight movements:
1) Supporting the Heavens: I uphold the values of Tyr with all I've got to give
2) Drawing the Bow: I take aim against whoever and whatever forces oppose the values of Tyr
3) Separating heaven and earth: I stand between anyone or any force that tries to defame Tyr
4)Wise Owl Looking Back: I seek the wisdom of Tyr
5) Big Bear Turns to the Sides: I presevere in loyalty to Tyr, even when I cannot feel his Presence to encourage me
6) Bending Backwards then Touching the Toes: I practice the self-discipline of the warrior for the honor of Tyr
7) Clenching the Fists: I fight at the command of Tyr. I fight ONLY at the command of Tyr
8) Clicking the Heels 7 Times: Hail Tyr, seven times
(based on the BA Duan Jin as taught by Shifu Shi Heng Yi of Otterberg)
