Odin, please help. I am suffering with a lot of intrusive thoughts and anxiety. I would love if you could shine your wise light onto me and help me gain mental clarity to dispel all deception and fear.
For this, I will write you a written letter every Wednesday for 9 weeks. I will also stand in the subway every morning instead of sitting so I can let someone else have a seat instead of me. I am able bodied and have the privilege to stand. I want to sacrifice my seat everyday for a week as an offering to you.
