Freya, please help my mother find confidence and strength when using her new gas meter. She is so afraid and so nervous of using technical things to the point where she will sit in a cold flat and get hypothermia and almost died in November. Please help and guide her to be strong and give her the self awareness to know that she needs to use it to survive. I am so afraid for her. Please help me.
