Thank you, Odin Hveðrungr, for beginning the vital rain over the wildfires. I ask that you continue until they are snuffed out. In turn, I offer you the mead I have left in the bottle, and digital candles on my phone.

Odin Hagvirkr, Divine Ancestor, Will to Power
Hear me now, as I ask for your help
Odin Haptsönir, who has loosened my bonds
Odin the Wounded Healer, who in turn bound my wounds
Odin Sigmundr, I ask your protection
Hear my request
All-seeing one, look upon the fires that threaten my region.
In your aspect as Hveðrungr
I ask you to pour out rain, to make flow the skies
Unto the extinguishing of the wildfires
Please douse this area to end the fires, but not to flood,
starting above the fires and branching out to quench the drought
For three days and three nights, or until the fires are ended,
starting as soon as the clouds can be formed.
May this herald the coming of the monsoon season.
Hveðrungr, a second time I ask,
Hveðrungr, for a third time, please grant us relief from this drought and the fire that threatens.
