Freya, please help me learn to accept myself as I am, and to cease hating my body. I have been at war with it for four decades and would stop feeling like a prisoner in my own flesh,and instead, learn to celebrate it.
For this, I will cease making judgmental and negative remarks about other people's bodies, and strive to encourage people around me to do the same for themselves and others.
