Thank you Freya, for telling me to use magic to Seel where I live from the things that would make me sick. I really believe it was going to be focused on smoke and chemicals – not having deer mice in my house!! This was so unexpected . Thank you for telling me that I have to use magic in my own defense to "level the playing field." And I don't know why you are not keen on Gullveig Heid teaching me her magic unless it's because it's also yours – I can feel your possessiveness again. Thank you for explaining that. I love you.

Thank you Freya, for the "healing crisis." Now I know what you meant when you said "murder" about how I have to treat the parasite. And the bacteria. It's personal, it's life or death and I have to be ruthless – it's just like everything else that you've taught me. It's almost like everything top me has been to prepare me for fighting for my life which had to do a lot with you helping me but this is a different battle to stay alive and so you told me to say " kill everything hurting me and get it out of my body! Now now now !" And boy, did it ever come out. Symptoms from when I was poisoned, the first symptoms I had from Lyme disease , the same emotions during those experiences being triggered by similar things , so much was released . I never believed in "healing crisis" because when doctors or nurses have said that to me I actually was in an undiagnosed severe crisis but this time I think it really was one. So thank you – all of the lessons about putting myself first and now being ruthless, thank you.
