Great goddess Freya, valkyrie Queen. I call to you hear as i have not the energy or the strength cyrre tly to reach you via our daily ritual. I have been feeling so out of alignment and unwell due to my mental health medication changing and I have am feeling alot of guilt because I have not contacted you as often as i should.

I feel very ashamed and ask for your warrior strength lady vanadis to aid me in recovering so that I may be able to to realign with myself, my practice and our beautiful connection.

please help me reconnect with my spirituality lady freyja. Please allow me a sign to know that you have heard my call.

For this, I will write some poetry to you and a letter of my adoration and appreciation.

Hail, Lady Freya! I am asking for guidance in my quest for personal growth and confidence. This world of sensuality and femininity is new to me. I've never allowed myself to explore it and I don't know where to begin. I don't even know if I'm ready. I would appreciate any guidance that you may offer me. For this, I will continue to take care of myself mentally and emotionally, and will strive to care for myself more physically as well. Thank you.
