Forseti, Great God of Justice, of Fairness and of What Is Right, please hear me. I come to You today to ask that You please help my friend win her hearing for disability benefits. It has been a long and difficult battle for her, and she deserves to have these benefits. Please do not let her become yet another disabled person who dies by the hand of a system that would rather disabled folks did not exist. She deserves happiness and peace, and I do not want to see her repeatedly put through the wringer through no fault of her own.
In exchange, I will donate to two disabled folks who are integral in the disability rights and visibility movement, and thanks in part to whom my friend and so many more have found strength, hope, and community.
